Arizona Homestead provides our residents with exceptional care in a loving, home setting. Our caregivers are certified in three levels of care; supervisory, personal and directed. They receive ongoing training in quality of life management, medication management, safe work practices and memory care. This ensures that our residents experience a safe and secure home environment and receive personal and specialized care based on their needs.
Arizona Homestead is licensed, qualified and experienced in providing specialized and resident specific care in all three levels. We strive to give our residents the best quality of care, treating them with the dignity and respect their generation deserves.
Our certified caregivers provide help with routine daily activities, meal preparation, and household chores. No hands-on personal care is needed, only supervision.
Our certified caregivers provide help with daily activities, meal preparation, along with additional support for basic hygiene and grooming, dressing, continence management, medication management, and assistance with mobility and transferring if necessary.
Someone at personal care could be immobile and/ or bed bound but still able to use their full cognitive abilities. If they can recognize danger and make safe and reasonable decisions for themselves then they do not need to be classified as Directed care even if their personal care needs are high.
Our certified caregivers provide specialized care for residents who are suffering from cognitive impairments such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or stroke. This level may or may not consists of full-assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, hygiene and grooming, dressing, continence care, medication management, and assistance with mobility and transferring. Memory care is included with directed care. A resident will be on directed care if they are unable to make safe and reasonable decisions for themselves.
